COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ARTIST RIGHTS
- Do not redistribute my art for profit unless you purchase a commercial license.
- Do not claim it as your own.
- Please credit me should you upload it (@GOOBOOGY on Tumblr & Instagram)
- Do not use my work for any commercial purposes unless we have discussed otherwise and you have purchased the commercial license.
- If your commission is NSFW and you have lied to me about being 18+, you relinquish rights to the work back to me and you will be blacklisted from future work with me.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission of any type.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
- I reserve the right to decline a full refund if work has already begun.
- I reserve the right to decline a refund if the reasons for the request are meant to cause harm towards me as an artist.
- I reserve the right to post any art I create unless under contract/NDA. If you wish for me to not share the art. Make the request at the start of speaking with me.

2. PAYMENT
- Payment will be in USD$
- All payments will be direct through Ko-Fi or PayPal.
- At least 50% minimum payment upfront.
- The other 50% once complete
- Full payment will result in the HD commission w/o watermark + the full .csp file being sent to you once I finish.
- If a chargeback is filed, you relinquish rights to the work back to me and you will be blacklisted from future work with me.
- A commercial license will be 500% of the price and still requires credit.

3. PROCESS
- If I do not update you on your commission (emailing, DM, a sketch, or planning) within 30 days after the first payment, you may ask for a refund.
- If your commission is more complex (ie. includes background, conceptualization), more time may be necessary.
- Commissions will take about 2 weeks to 4 months to complete depending on complexity.
- If your commission is needed by a specific date, a rush fee at my discretion will incur.
- I will ask for any modifications only 4 times: twice for beginning sketching and conceptualization stages, once as I get started on coloring/shading, and one more time when it's "finished."
- Large changes are only allowed during the sketch and conceptualization stage. Otherwise, it will incur a fee.
- After you have accepted the commission in the final review stage, you are no longer permitted to ask me for modifications at any point after.
- "Pay What You Want" Ko-Fi Requests do NOT have a set time limit and no refund option. I will complete them when possible. I will not ask for any modifications unless it is $50+.
- If I can't do your "Pay What You Want" Ko-Fi Requests for whatever reason, I will DM you on Ko-Fi asking if there's something different I can do.
- If you send me a collection of images of random characters/aesthetics/irl images without actual art of the character or a solid idea for it, I will charge you for conceptualization. (See guidelines page for details)

COMMISSION GUIDELINES
- References aren't required if I can just google the character and find an official design
- This similarly applies to props or backgrounds
- Please send me references either through the commissions form, email [email protected], or DMs (if already established)
- If you do not have any references for the characters, props, backgrounds you are looking for and I can't just google it, then I will charge you for conceptualization (sidenote: my previous art can also count as a reference!)Will Do: Fandom, OC's, NSFW (you must be 18+), Ships, Gore, Robots, Monsters, there is not much I won't give a shot! I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason but you are more than welcome to ask regardless :)Conceptualization: designing the visuals of a character from scratch, having a very detailed character, a detailed specific prop, a background that requires more detail/imaginings, or specific unrealistic situations (examples: an oc w/no reference, a robot with a lot of detailed parts, a detailed car, a specific fictional location I can't google, extreme fetishes, trippy background patterns, etc.)Props: additional items for the scene that are almost like another character. A special bong, a table specific to this character, a pet or animal, things like that. Please feel free to ask if you're unsure.Background: details for the location and setting, or abstract patterns and shapes, relatively self-explanatory. this could also include a simplistic character in the back as well

Commission Process:
1. You figure out what you wanna get from the menu and gather your references as needed
2. Fill out my commissions form
3. I will contact you within 72 hours by email ([email protected]) or previously negotiated contact method
4. In this email I send you an estimate of how much it will cost and go over payment methods with you, either directly through Ko-Fi or PayPal, and verify that you're okay w/my estimate
4a. OR this email will let you know if I am unable to complete your requested commission (note: I reserve the right to not explain myself, it isn't personal)
5. I send you a payment link where you will send me minimum 50% payment upfront
6. I begin working on your commission and check with you four (4) times for any changes and adjustments
7. After the last check in, I send you the link for the final payment
8. Once payment goes through, I send you the final finished commission and .csp file
Pay What You Want Ko-Fi Requests
These Ko-Fi Requests are Pay What You Want with a $5 minimum! With this option you will get more bang for your buck. This is really good if you don't care too much about specifics or just want to throw some money at me and get a little treat. It is a much more casual option for commissions.The Cool Stuff:
- Affordable and easy way to support me
- More freedom for me to get weird and silly with it
- Less stress for you to try and think of what specifically to commission me (partial body, full body, props etc.)
- Less stress for me to work on it
- You can also request abstract art for this option!
- You will get a 10% discount code for my merch, bandcamp, and commissions!The squeeze:
- There is no timeframe for completion. Likely it will take me weeks or months, but sometimes I may take over a year (or a day!)
- I will only check with you once or twice, depending on complexity and payment amount, instead of the four stated in the guidelines
- I'm unable to take NSFW requests for this option (suggestive or nudity is OK, just not explicit porn)
- If you don't give me enough information/references/etc. for me to work with, I will message you through Ko-Fi for more info
- If it is something I would greatly prefer not to draw, I will message you through Ko-Fi if you would like something else
- If I am unable to reach you through Ko-Fi for any of these things listed, then I thank you for your donation

This is my favorite kind of art to make! For $15+ I will create an abstract work, or perhaps an abstract creature, based on info you send me! This could be general vibes, colors, shapes, various inspirations, a song, anything you'd like. This may be digital or physical, if you would like the physical copy mailed to you I may request an additional payment for shipping.PLEASE NOTE: I will probably only check with you once or twice if you're liking what I'm working on before finishing it. If it costs more, if it's more complex, then I will check with you the four times.Cost Breakdown (sorta):
$15 minimum, this is for simple designs. The more complex, the more physical, the more it costs. The following examples are ordered in more affordable to most expensive. Because the artwork is abstract, the pricing is also more abstract. I've provided a set of ranges so you can get an idea of what you'd be getting for how much.
